How Can I Get Rid Of Varicose Veins | Treating Varicose Veins

Whoever has actually endured spider and varicose veins recognizes that at the very worst they are able to cause intense severe pain and then at best they might be extremely irritating. Although most frequent in older women, spider and varicose vein abnormalities generally are a serious problem caused by the blocked blood circulation. Usually having the appearance of dark red, purple or blue in color, those that appear on your legs are often due to additional stress and pressure from standing or sitting throughout the day. When the problem gets worse these veins appear to begin protruding from beneath the skin. When you realize precisely how severe an ailment they are, you will want to know how to get rid of spider veins.

The simple and natural way to reduce the problem of painful unsightly spider veins, is to get better exercise, even just having a short walk each day. Helping the circulation of blood in your legs, feet or where ever you're afflicted with your annoying spider veins, can lessen the problem. Wearing some loose fitting garments and staying off high heels, in addition to changing your sitting position (and restraining from crossing your legs) enables much better blood circulation that can decrease the pressure that causes this disorder. Whenever feasible, you must raise your legs higher than the area of the hard as a positive way to circulate the blood from your hip and legs to the upper body.

Eliminating any kind of excess fat is an extremely easy solution to reduce or get rid of your spider or varicose veins. The increased stress from your excess weight puts a heavy burden on your legs commonly resulting in a loss of typical blood flow. By simply getting exercise and decreasing unwanted weight you are able to successfully lower the effects regarding spider veins.

A popular treatment for spider and varicose veins is Sclerotherapy. Your personal doctor would inject a substance into the smaller veins affected by this ailment, scarring the inside tissue and forcing the veins shut down. This process permits your body to redirect blood in to the healthy and active veins. Within a brief amount of time following this treatment you will notice a relief of the symptoms. The veins that were treated will in time start to disappear.

Lots of individuals suffering from spider and varicose veins opt for a laser surgical procedure. Using intense burst of a highly focused light directly to the particular spider veins will greatly affect the condition and make the veins begin to fade. Technology right now supply medical doctors with the tools essential to carry out these procedures on larger varicose or spider veins on the legs. Laser beam surgical procedures for spider and varicose veins is noninvasive, requiring absolutely no needle or incision.

For further really serious conditions of spider or varicose veins, surgical treatments is usually required for people who suffer significantly from discomfort and pain. Although surgery are very invasive, at times requiring the veins to be stripped from its area, it does provide an instant and long lasting method for large spider veins and varicose veins.

    • ANSWER:
The important thing to remember is that millions of other is the UK have 'spider veins', or medically referred to as varicose veins. There is no natural remedy to combat this condition, particularly due to them actually being veins. You should go to your GP to ask about them as they can be removed surgically. This can either involve 'stripping' the affected vein, which completely removes it, CHIVA, which involves reducing the blood supply to that vein, there are also other types of removal but these two are the main operations performed. Healing rates are fairly quick and the surgery is quite simple and quick.

The source I've provided you with should give you further info.

what's best way to get rid of vericose vein on your legs?
Other than laser. how to also prevent it from occuring in futre?

    • ANSWER:
varicose veins are caused by long periods of sitting ar standing where blood stays in veins for periods of times and causes those veins to expand and possible break. the only remedy is to stay active since veins cannot move blood by themselves they are positioned in between muscles and when those muscles are worked it pushes the blood up and back to the heart. no treatment for already present veins just exercises. if your are confined to a chair or bed you need to do a range of motion on both legs about every two hours, which consists of moving leg like being on a bicycle and flexing both feet like mashing a gas pedal. this should help with future problems.

I'm 22 and have spider veins all over my legs. Is there anything I can do to reduce them or get rid of them?
I just turned 22 yesterday and when I changed in to some basketball shorts, I noticed how much worse my legs have gotten. It looks so horrible. I don't like showing my legs as it is, and now that this is happening, i most definitely don't. So I ask, if there is anything in this world that can get rid of them. I mean, aren't I too young to start getting them?

    • ANSWER:
I actually started getting spider veins when I was 17. They were caused by a combination of genetics and standing in one spot for several hours (for my job). Spider veins can be caused by the backup of blood (not getting pumped back properly). Hormone changes (occurring during puberty, pregnancy, and menopause, as well as from birth control), inherited factors, being overweight, and exposure to the sun can also cause spider veins.

Unfortunately, there are no at-home treatments. You have to go to the doctor. The treatments they can offer include: occurring (The doctor injects a solution into the vein that causes the vein walls to swell, stick together, and seal shut. This stops the flow of blood and the vein turns into scar tissue.), Laser surgery (sends very strong bursts of light onto the vein. This can makes the vein slowly fade and disappear), Endovenous Techniques (The doctor puts a very small tube called a catheter into the vein. Once inside, the catheter sends out radio frequency or laser energy that shrinks and seals the vein wall.), and surgery. Honestly, spider veins are a bit embarrassing, but they don't pose any serious health concerns. It isn't really worth going through all of this.

There are some preventative measures you can take, though. Wear sunscreen. Exercise regularly (focusing on working your legs). Don't cross your legs while sitting (it makes it difficult for the blood to circulate). Don't stand or sit for long periods of time (shift your weight or move around if you have to remain stationary). Wear support pantyhose. Don't eat too much salt.

I hope this helps you! Don't let this control your life. We all have little 'flaws' that make us who we are.

How to naturally get rid of spider veins?
I am in my early thirties and have spider veins popping up all over my legs .I have tried increasing exercise and tried using vitamin K serum and using herbs nothing seems to work.

    • ANSWER:
Beyond what you say you have already tried, here are a few other suggestions you might consider:

      - Control your weight and the external weight you put on your legs, (ie. children sitting on your lap) Avoid placing too much pressure on your legs.

      - Don’t cross your legs for long periods of time when sitting. It’s possible to injure your legs that way, and even a minor injury can increase the risk of spider veins or even varicose veins.
      - Elevate your legs when resting, as much as possible. Try laying on the floor in the evenings, with your legs up on the sofa or a chair (above heart level) for 30 - 45 minutes each night.
      - Don’t stand or sit for extended periods of time. If you must stand for a long time, shift your weight from one leg to the other every few minutes. If you must sit for long periods of time, stand up and move around or take a short walk every 20 - 30 minutes.
      - Avoid wearing high heels for long periods of time. Lower-heeled shoes can help tone your calf muscles to help blood move through your veins.

      - Eat a low-salt diet rich in high-fiber foods. Eating fiber reduces the chances of constipation, which can contribute to spider veins & varicose veins. High-fiber foods include fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains, nuts & seeds. Eating less salt can help with the swelling that comes with spider veins & varicose veins.

      - Wear elastic support stockings and avoid tight clothing that constricts your waist, groin, or legs.

      - avoid hot things. Hot showers & hot tubs (the heat will dilate blood vessels causing more redness)
      - try to get at least 7 - 8 hours of sleep each night (aids in the healing processes of the body)
      - try to cut down on stress (stress can magnify a multitude of conditions)

You can try increasing your omega 3 fatty acids by taking supplements such as Evening Primrose Oil, fish oils, etc… Ground Fennel seeds and Flax seeds, as well as Flax seed Oil supplements (omega 3’s) also act as anti-inflammatories.

Guinot has a cream called RED LOGIC which claims to neutralize the appearance of red blood vessels. I know there are other brands and products that may be similar.

      Hope this helps!

heater making veins stand out on legs - what is it? how to get rid?
i have this portable radiator that gives out a lot of heat and i always sit next to it with the side of my legs right near it....i've always noticed i get like a hexagon pattern on that exposed part of my leg after sitting near the radiator (like the veins go dark red) but i thought this was only temporary, whilst i was by the heater...however, even when i haven't been near the radiator for days, this pattern's not going away....what is it and is there a way to make it go?

thanks in advance for all advice! :)

    • ANSWER:
its called fireside tartan. it happens when you sit to near heat. it fades eventually to white lines like stretch marks but never actually goes away. as the heat hits the legs it stretches the veins including the little ones which gives it the tartan look. it can happen on face and arms too so be carefull. hope this helps. try to stay away from the fire so as to not make it any worse. rub moisturising cream into the legs to help sooth the veins and cool them down quicker.

Stretch marks and veins on legs?
    I'm a tiny person.
I'm only sixteen, five foot two inches, weigh about a hundred and five pounds.
But I have stretch marks, at least I think I do.
They are little pale lines, a sequence of about five.
They're right where, say a bikini ends on my rear.
Also in that same area I have these rather large red veins that show through.
I try to take good care of my body. I exercise multiple times a day, consistently wear UVA/UVB sunscreen, and try to eat healthy.
Do the veins in my leg mean something?
And how can I have stretch marks if I'm such a skinny person?
Is there a way to get rid of the veins and marks?
    Thank you!

    • ANSWER:
Okay! First, look at this picture...Do they look like this?

If they do then they are definitely stretch marks and the good news is if they are still red like this then that means they still have blood flowing through them. That means you can still get rid of them! This is one of the best creams you can purchase for a good fix. If you decide to get it it you must be diligent in applying it everyday, without fail! It takes at least 28 days to see the full results.

If you want to avoid future stretch marks get yourself some shea butter or some seriously moisturizing body butter to help keep the skins elasticity and keep it supple. Please keep in mind it's totally normal when you're that age. You'll probably see some around your midsection and possibly on your breasts too.

I am forty years old.The blue vein are on my legs and even my ankles. My left leg is more painful, specially in my calf and ankle.I do appreciate your helpful answers in advance.

    • ANSWER:
Varicose veins are a common problem and can become quite sore. Wearing compression stockings (special medical grade stockings that put pressure evenly on your legs) is a non-invasive option. Standing up frequently and moving around may help, but the basic problem in this situation is that blood can't get out of the affected vein easily. Some people have found horse chestnut oil in small amounts on the area can help, but there is no direct data about its effectiveness. Finally, if it is causing that much trouble, you might consider seeing a vein specialist regarding other treatments (laser, saline injection, stripping, surgery).

You can see my blood veins in my legs, please help!?

Anyone else have varicose veins in their legs?
I need to know how to get rid of these. Is there any safe cheap way to do it? I have heard of laser removal, any advise on that. I just want them gone and not come back.

    • ANSWER:
Wow, I JUST found an article in my local newspaper that I cut out to save. If ignored, varicose veins can become a more serious condition, and according to this article: "Varicose veins that cause medical symptoms are frequently covered by most insurance plans. Treatments such as surgery, or 'stripping', and saline injections only treat the surface problem and not the root. Without removing the source of the problem, varicose veins will return. Many of the high-tech options today significantly decrease the chance of veins returning, because they defeat the core problem. Non-surgical treatments such as Endovenous Laser Ablation and Ultrasound Guided Microfoam are among the most advanced procedures today, and are highly successful.

Ultrsound-guided machines have revolutionized vein removal treatments. The ultrsound provides a 'window' for physicians to see vein structures beneath the surface of the skin. With this window, a "road map" of the patient's entire venous system can be created, making the removal procedure extremely precise and consistent.
Laser ablation works by using a catheter to feed fiber to the root of the vein. When the laser is ignited, it burns the vein down to a stringy tissue that is cleared by your body like a bruise. It's a nearly painless procedure; the local anesthetic prevents the patient from feeling the laser energy."

No surgery, no downtime, no scars
      Nearly painless
Visual diagram of vein structures beneath the skin
Treats the root of the disease
      Increased precision and consistency
Much less likely that the vein(s) will return.

What would you like to ask? to get rid of veins in legs

    • ANSWER:
You can't. To do so would stop blood circulation in your legs, because once there the blood could not return. Tissue would die. This necrosis will quickly progress to gangrene, then death.

How does a guy get rid of stretch marks in his legs?
So I'm a guy who's into gymnastics and I've just started to be a little bit more conscious about my self-image and noticed that I had this VERY noticeable stretch marks on the highest side of my thighs (as in the "sides" of my buttocks). They cover the whole area and since my skin is darkish they seem to stand out even more. I've always heard about stretch marks and those weird-looking veins which appear on legs when my girl friends talk about it, but I don't really know much about them except that I don't want them on me.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of these?

    • ANSWER:

The veins in my leg are noticeable when I wear shorts, and it makes me self conscious.
    Like in weight training class.
They do not bump or poke out like vercouse veins, you can just see the color of them.
They get all blue and the rest of my legs get pinkish.
It happens in my hands too.
Any suggestions on how to get rid of it or cover it?

I don't recall ever being able to see them quite so well in the past, and recently, they've also started to hurt a little bit. Not only am I troubled by the discomfort they cause, but I'm also really embarrassed. I'm only 22 years old and I don't want this to be something that only gets worse as I get older. Any ideas what this might be or how I can get rid of it?

I have a problem with my varicose veins, I don`t know how to get rid of this?
I am female, 33 years old. I have so many varicose veins in my legs. I think I have all kinds of it. I already have it since college years and it`s getting more now that I have a one child. I noticed every time my feet soaked in water for long time, wearing heels, standing for long time and during rainy season I felt some pain on my legs. Specifically at the back portion of my knees. Does it something to do with my varicose veins? What shall I do from getting it worst? Thank you

    • ANSWER:
There are several factors that favor the appearance of venous insufficiency (varicose veins, spider veins, heavy legs, pain in the legs...) in legs:
      •a settled way of life,
      • being overweight,
•a job that requires you to remain on your feet all days (hairdresser, salesperson..)
      •number of pregnancies
      •and, it can be hereditary
Respecting some basic hygiene and dietetic rules is sometimes enough to improve blood circulation in the legs. You will have to avoid:
•the heat (sunbathing, sauna, wax, hot bath...) for the heat dilates the vessels,
      •wearing tight clothes,
      •sitting or standing too long,
      •being overweight
To help the venous circulation you can:
•exercise (walk, swim, ride a bike)
•sleep with your feet up on a pillow,
      •take cold showers,
      •wear support stockings,
•eat less fat and less simple sugars,
•eat wheatgerm, green vegetables and citrus fruits, that are full of vitamins. Eat foods that are rich vitamin E and C (antioxidants) can help fight against free radicals which are ageing factors of the venous walls.

Here are some alternative products that can help:
      - herbal tea: cypress, gingko biloba, witch hazel, horse chestnut, gotu kola...
      - Vein bioresonance card which is based on the principle of the alternative medicine of bio-energy.

ACK, I have wrinkles and spider veins! How do I get rid of them?
Alright so I am 14 and I have light wrinkles on my forehead, apparently from stress. I am pretty stressed out at my french school because we get alot of homework and projects and I also have alot of personal stuff happening. I never had them before and I was wondering since they were light, is there any way to make them go away? Also, my mother has bad spider veins and I noticed some tiny ones forming on my legs. What can I do to prevent them from getting worse or to get rid of them? Thanks in advance!

    • ANSWER:
Well spider veins are genetic and you can have a diet that helps ( blueberries, omega-3's in fish and oatmeal for breakfast, but nothing will get rid of them except laser treatments, To prevent further veins alot of walking then stretching to keep the circulation going and in the evening lay on you back with your legs raised above your heart for about 20-30 minutes, that will help the blood travel without along of work. I like to lay on my back with legs propped and masage each leg for about 5 minutes. You have to make this part of your daily routine to prevent further veins. I do it every day. As far as wrinkles, maybe you are over thinking it because you are kind of young to have age wrinkles, drink lots of water and eat healthy and your skin will be healthier looking as a result.

Why are the veins in my leg showing!?
I am only a teen but since I was 12 I've had this hideous purple vein on my leg now you can see green blueish veins starting to show up on my legs and feet! Any one knows why their showing up or how to get rid of them.I don't know why I have them.

    • ANSWER:
About 44 percent of women and 19 percent of men begin to see signs of vein problems by age thirty. By fifty, more than 64 percent of women and 42 percent of men are affected by some form of varicose veins. (Women are affected nearly four times more frequently than men.) Risk increases with age because of loss of tissue tone, loss of muscle mass, and weakening of the venous walls. Beyond age and gender, there are several more risk factors all of which are related to increased pressure in the veins of the legs.

Additional risks include obesity, pregnancy and birthing, regular heavy lifting, straining on the toilet, and having to be on one’s feet for long periods of time. Of these, the latter is the most hazardous. Standing exerts enormous strain on the veins, up to ten times that of other postures. The upright position encourages the flow of blood downward while simultaneously forcing the body to work against gravity to return the blood up to the heart. To ease the tremendous effort it would take for the heart to handle this task by itself, the legs contain a series of muscle driven pumps and one-way valves, a system called the "second heart."

I hope That helps. Don't worry too much! Shea butter can get rid of it. This may sound rude but im not tring to....... if you are a little "overweight" in the legs to a little more exersise.

Have you noticed bad various veins in back of your legs with pregnancy?
I've noticed my legs with bad veins in back of my legs since my last pregnancy, and with this one they seem to be getting worst. My husband wonders why I never show my legs. I have never told him of the bad veins that show, I just tell him I don't feel like showing them. I am so young, and I have this problem, and I really cant afford to see a Dr. over this I read its like 0 a session for each leg, and who knows how many sessions it takes? Any advice on how to get rid of them without cosmetic surgery?

    • ANSWER:
Varicose veins, I think surgery is the only way to remove them.

How do you get rid of/lessen varicose veins?
I have varicose veins, not spider veins, but lumpy, painful varicose veins. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of or lessen them or if I'll just have to live with them for the rest of my life as they get worse and worse like the doctor said. I'm a white, male, and 28 years old, if that makes a difference. I also know I'm too young to have them, well I do, so I guess I'm not, stupid doctor.

Right now they're not too bad, there's two 1 inch lumps on my right leg and one half inch lump on my left. So if they can be stopped I'm sure the sooner I do the easier it will be.

I have also already sought a second opinion and was told the same thing but in a nicer way. So yes, it is varicose veins.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

These can be surgically removed...go to a vein specialist..Good Luck

Why do I have spider veins at 24 years old?
I am 24 years old with 2 children. I am not too much overweight and I have terrible spider veins in my legs.
My mother and my sisters don't have any! Is there any way to get rid of them other than laser? How much does laser cost? And how can I prevent from getting more! I can't even wear shorts =(

    • ANSWER:
Poor circulation. All you gotta do is ask your DR. for somthing to increase circulation. Nothing wrong with you. Dont worry about people saying anything either, lots of people have them. If you are super self-concious and would like to wear shorts put some make up on your legs (not sure what, i am a guy). Either way, im sure you are beautiful and it doesnt really matter about them.

      Hope this helps.

How to get rid of coloring caused by bruising?
I'm 80. The last 5-6 yrs when I accidently hit my lower legs with grocery bags or bump into things, at first there appears a red to dark purple coloring then it eventually becomes brown and I've been unable to get rid of this discoloring. My legs have vericose veins and about 5 years ago I had a blood clot in my left leg. My sister who is 3 years older than I, have this same problem. Is there a topical cream that will rid me of this discoloring or is there a medication in pill form that will work? My dermatologist precribed a prescriptioned topical cream but so far, the old spots are still there.

    Will appreciate any help.

    • ANSWER:
Take Arnica tablets as soon as you bruise and use arnica cream on the area.
Once it is just the discolouration swap the arnica cream for Bio oil - it is a bit on the costly side but it really does help to get rid of lots of skin discolourations and scars really effectively.

What are these marks on my legs and how can i get rid of them?
I have these marks on the inside of both my calves. I showed them to my mum and she said they look like varicose veins to her. But we don't understand why i would have them im only 16. I was housebound for 2 years with social anxiety, would that have caused them??
They look like tiger stripes, and continue up to the inside of my leg. They are a brown/purple colour. It looks horrible and my confidence it completely knocked now. I've only started going out again now i have this to feckin thing to deal with.
Im not sure how long they have been there, but im much more active now. I can't get surgery for it we haven't got that kind of money. Is it worth trying bio-oil or something similar to make it less obvious. I don't want to cover myself up in fake tan just so i can leave the house without feeling like a wee granny!
Btw im not/have never been/will ever be pregnant

    • ANSWER:
You should post a picture of it. If it is varicose veins then there really is nothing you can do, I don't believe any of the lotions for that actually work. Surgery is the only option and usually isn't worth it, especially somewhere like the inside of your calves. Try to get a second opinion from someone, if they tell you it's not really noticeable chances are it isn't, we as human beings notice imperfections in ourselves completely oblivious to other people :)

How do I get rid of broken capillaries?
I have been sitting on a heating pad for medical reasons and now notice that my upper legs where the heat soaks in have lots of broken capillaries, looks just like varicose veins. I looked it up and found that coconut oil can sometimes help with this but are there any other natural remedies that will help? How long does it take for these to heal? Any other information you may have would be very helpful...I am not looking for laser removal info though.
    Thank you.

    • ANSWER:
You can go to the doctor and they inject a saline solution right into the area where they occur. It is a temporary measure but if you wish them hidden for the summer it may help. ride a stationary bike, that helps circulation. sitting with your legs up may feel good after a long day at work but you still need the blood pumping the blood a little more energetically after the abuse we put them through a long day.

Has anyone here had spider veins removed surgically?
I've got them on my legs and a bit on my face and now I think it's time to get rid of them. I don't like wearing skirts because of them... :-(

I need some tips etc from people who have gone through with it. How much does it cost (UK)? Best place to have it done? Any pros and cons?

    Thank you in advance!

    • ANSWER:
I had a varicose vein removed surgically.
My Doctor actually made arrangements for it to be done within the N.H.S. as he implied I should have them removed, it didn`t cost me anything.
i had the same problem, it was so big, I was embarrassed to wear dresses or skirts.
It was done on a Day Surgery, and I was out by 7 o'clock that evening, had to have the surgical stockings for a week to stop Thrombosis.
Only I had one little problem, the end of vein came through skin and had to have nurse cauterise it for a week.
but other than that it was a doddle. Ask your Doctor about it and he may put you through for it, Good Luck.

What has caused my prominent veins all over my body???
I am a 24 year old male, I previously worked as a kitchen porter in a busy restaurant for roughly about two years. The working conditions were really bad, there was no air conditioning in the kitchen and you would be constantly on your feet for eight hours or more, with breaks few and far in between.

I noticed that after a shift I would be on an adrenaline buzz from the shift and I always felt really pumped up when i finished, I would then find it hard to sleep afterwards. But I noticed after being there for about a year that I started to develop prominent veins in places that i never had any before.

My mom and dad and my sister are not veiny at all, and I wasn't either before working in this job. One day I was in the bathroom and noticed on my cock and balls that there were a lot of blue, purple and red veins, they were never there before. I was quite shocked but thought maybe that it was from too much masterbation and that no one can see it anyway.

Over the coming weeks I started to notice veins becoming more visable all over my body. This happend at about the age of 21/22 and I have been like this since then. I have prominent veins everywhere all over my face, chest, stomach, legs, feet, arms, hands, fingers, toes and my cock and balls. I just find it hard to accept because they were never there before and now there everywhere.

If it was one or two I wouldnt care but its everywhere, and i'm afraid to excerise and get fit incase i get more veiny. I know this is an aesthetic issue, but it affects my confidence on a daily basis.

I find it hard sometimes to sleep now too because the veins on my temples keep on pulsating so hard that I can't relax, thats kind of how I feel every day just on edge, like i get an adrenaline buzz from the most trivial things.

Have I bought on this problem myself, is it stress related??? I know that I cant get rid of my veins but I would at least like to find out why this has happened. If anyone has anything to add please do, any info is appreciated. Thanks.

    • ANSWER:
I guess I"d need more data to really give a definitve answer, but such things as lipodystrophy (loss of subcutaneous fat) can make the veins appear more prominent. There are several causes for lipodystrophy including genetics, and infectious (HIV). In addition, conditions such as liver disease, can make the veins more prominent. I'd suggest that you get yourself checked out by your family doctor.

How to get rid of possible Varicose vein in teenager?
I noticed these blue veins on the back of my legs the other day. So I did some research and found out that they could be varicose veins, which is surprising because I'm only 18. However, the websites said that varicose veins are raised above the skin, blue, red, or purple in color, and are painful. But mine are not painful and are not raised above the skin, they are just blue. Are they Varicose veins or not? If not, what are they? How can I get rid of them? (I want to be able to wear dresses and go to parties and not be so self conscious about them.) Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

    • ANSWER:
It could also be spider veins, but varicose veins are still possible. They are more common with age, but not uncommon at your age. The goals of treatment in patients with superficial chronic venous disease are improvement in symptoms and appearance. Initial management is conservative and includes leg elevation, exercise, and compression stockings. Patients with symptoms or signs of severe venous disease (skin changes, ulcers) not responding to medical management within six months of initiating therapy are candidates for further intervention.

What causes spider viens and how to get rid of them? Please help :)?
I'm only 16, and I have a spot on the back of my legs and side of my knees where I have ugly purple spider veins. It makes it hard for me to feel sexy in shorts and skirts, because I know people can see them. I cross my legs just as much as other girls, so I think it's just genetics. Should I get surgery? :/
